Working with Young Men has been a part of my entire Adult life!  One of the programs that I supported in many ways to help YM was through the Boy Scouts.  I have helped countless young men achieve their eagle, but these have been within the past 7 years!  The greatest experience I had with this was the many years I worked with my two sons to achieve theirs.  So many great memories of camping and time spent working together.  Especially on their final projects as they provided significant community service.  I am so pleased with the men they are becoming and grateful for the opportunity I had to work side by side with them.  CJ Rees Kaden Rees Kaysville 22nd Ward??  I have been blessed to work with some amazing people all over the country in engineering software.  Step after step the right people have mentored me and helped me along the way.  I have had some incredible bosses that I have learned so much from.  During 2018 I received a recruiters email for a VP Position of an engineering software company in Cincinnati, Ohio.  I worked with this same recruiter only 5 years previous to transition into ANSYS, Inc.  That move was transformational so I paid attention.  As ANSYS was going through their own transitions within the company, I quickly started to see that the opportunity at Nlign may be the perfect fit for me and my family!  Weeks went by quickly and in June of 2018 I gave my 2 weeks notice to ANSYS and started Nlign on July 1st, 2018.  The owner Tom Sharp is an incredible man and I continue to learn so many things from him as well as getting a small company progressing...

  Our 17 Miracles!! #1   Proposal Point - That Sandi said yes to me 21 yrs ago! I couldn't have done it without her.  Our marriage has been strengthened through this process. #2  The Trek - When Sandi & I were asked to do this we said we would do whatever the Lord asked.  The Bishop came back on March 2nd and issued us a formal calling.   The Spirit was powerful as we listened to the Bishop and his Vision for Trek.  As we were set apart we felt the comfort and calming from the Spirit that this Trek was the Lord's will and that He would take care of the details if we, and all those called, were willing to put our heart, might, mind and strength into Trek.  Each person there helped fulfill that promise. #3 - The Chuck Wagon - Blair & Martha Hayes had as much going on as anyone when they wre asked to be in charge of the food.  They never hesitated!  When Blair showe...
