Craig's 50 to 50

I think Sandi put this on my list!  Sandi cooked us a formal Valentines Dinner and then I took her dancing in SLC.  I owed her for not asking her to dance when I met her.  So, to save our marriage (haha), I took her dancing for Valentines of 2019.  The only moves I know are country swing.  No matter what we were taught and no matter how many times I practiced, my moves turned into country swing.  It was fun to spend some time with Sandi.  Learning new dances (which I can't remember!) was not something I would enjoy doing again.

I have always been a huge Star Wars fan plus I enjoy puzzles, but purchasing this Lego set was a first for me.  I can see how people like Lego's so much! I was doing something that had nothing to do with any of my pressures, but was also very straight forward and didn’t require a lot of thought.  It was a needed break.

Sandi and I had prayed and worked to make extra payments for years.  When we moved to Kaysville, into a more expensive market, we thought that this dream would be lengthened out indefinitely.  However, during our move came our most successful sales year of our career. We were also fortunate to sell our Garland home at a price that helped us recap the sweat equity that we had put into the home for ten years. We know that we received help from above!

I have wanted to learn to do a better job in cooking meat.  So I decided to try my hand at marinating steak, dutch oven chicken and smoked brisket.  The steak turned out great.  The other two not so much.  Since, I have marinated and grilled steak additional times. 

Sandi and I started going to the Temple every Friday morning at 6AM.  It has been a very special date for the two of us.  We have wept together as well as rejoiced.  One thing that I experience every time I go to the Temple is a change.  I always come out with more perspective to my life differently.  I wanted to take one card through from finding to sealing.  This was a very rewarding experience. 

Working with Young Men has been a part of my entire Adult life!  One of the programs that I supported in many ways to help YM was through the Boy Scouts.  I have helped countless young men achieve their eagle, but these have been within the past 7 years!  The greatest experience I had with this was the many years I worked with my two sons to achieve theirs.  So many great memories of camping and time spent working together.  Especially on their final projects as they provided significant community service.  I am so pleased with the men they are becoming and grateful for the opportunity I had to work side by side with them.  CJ Rees Kaden Rees Kaysville 22nd Ward??
